Workshops and events to promote knowledge exchange and networking among ecosystem stakeholders. Commissions and working groups, as well as the Strategic Projects Commission, to foster alliances and synergies.
Awareness and Business Visibility
To raise awareness about market opportunities and give visibility to companies and their success stories. We share industry news and updates from AeroS associated members in its newsletter.
Development of Individual and Collaborative Projects
We promote collaboration among companies, driving agents, start-ups, technology stakeholders, and public entities. This is made possible through the presentation and design of projects within working groups, the Industry Commission, the Talent Commission, the Strategic Projects Commission, and the AeroS Defence Aerospace Innovation Task Force.
Funding and Demand
We facilitate access to funding, grants, and resources, and connect supply and demand by sharing information through our newsletter, participating in the design of public plans and strategies, and inviting key stakeholders and leading companies to our meetings, working groups, and events.
Training and Skills Development
Training and skills development programs in technologies and applications in the aerospace, space, and defense sectors. Activities to raise awareness and promote STEM vocations, especially among young people.
Talent and Employment
The Talent Commission analyzes the needs of the industry and designs actions to attract, train, and retain specialized professionals.AeroS job board where companies can post their job offers, candidates can submit their CVs, and browse job offers by category.
Strategic Approach
We produce and share reports, studies, papers, and position statements related to policies and actions that contribute to the development of the ecosystem.
