On June 8–9, 2026, the Space Weather Days for Spain will take place at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC). This two-day event is aimed at the Spanish community interested in space weather.
The event aims to bring together key stakeholders from across the national ecosystem to analyze needs, assess existing capabilities, and strengthen coordination in this strategic field.
It will provide a forum for exchange among institutional representatives, scientists, engineers, industry professionals, and operators, helping define national priorities and identify opportunities for development and collaboration at both the national and European levels.
Key objectives include identifying user needs in key sectors, evaluating the knowledge and infrastructure available in Spain, and fostering dialogue among the different stakeholders involved.
The Space Weather Days for Spain are organized by the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with the Spanish Space Agency (AEE).
