On March 26, CIM UPC will host the event Additive Manufacturing and Prototyping: From Concept to Reality, a session designed to showcase in a practical way how advanced manufacturing technologies can be applied to the development of industrial solutions. The event will bring together companies, research groups, and academic institutions interested in exploring new opportunities for technological innovation.
Throughout the event, several practical case studies will be presented, highlighting CIM UPC’s role as a technological partner for industry. The sessions will address the centre’s capabilities in areas such as additive manufacturing, prototyping, and advanced production, as well as projects developed in collaboration with companies and research organisations. The programme will also include a guided tour of the facilities to discover the available equipment and infrastructure.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at CIM UPC (C/ Llorens i Artigas 12, Barcelona), in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics at UPC.
