Breakfast with Maria Galindo, Secretariat for Digital Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya

The Business Forum of the Llobregat organizes, on Tuesday, September 9 at the Porta Fira Santos Hotel, a Breakfast with Maria Galindo, Secretariat of Digital Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya, which will expose the main strategic lines of its Secretariat, the deployment of actions and programs and the impact on the business world. After their intervention, a discussion space will be opened with the participating companies.

Galindo holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has 20 years of experience in public policy related to technology, digital policies, international relations and smart cities. He has been head of innovation for the public sector at the i2CAT technology centre, as well as a member of the Council of the European mission for smart and climate-neutral cities of the European Commission.

She was previously linked to the Department of Digital Policies as general director of Digital Nation and Urban Agenda, and adviser on international digital policy. She has also been a manager of strategic planning projects at ACCIÓ.

Throughout her professional career, she has been linked to Doxa Consulting as Director of International Business and Urban Innovation, as well as the Barcelona City Council as Manager of the Barcelona Institute of Technology for Habitat (BIT Habitat) and responsible for the Smart City strategy.

Since 2024 he has been Secretary of Digital Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
